When you use Swolt, we collect:

• Account information: email address, display name, and profile photo (from Google or Facebook OAuth, or directly entered)
• Profile data: bodyweight, gender, preferred units
• Fitness data: personal records (PRs) you log in the app
• Usage data: how you interact with the app (pages visited, features used)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Swolt service
• To calculate your strength levels and display your progress
• To show your public profile to other users (if your profile is set to public)
• To enable leaderboards and community features

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Swolt uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in
• Facebook Login — optional sign-in
• Stripe — optional tip jar payments

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase. Data may be stored on servers located in the United States or European Union. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data

6. Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at hello@swolt.app with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Swolt uses cookies and local storage solely for authentication and to save your preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Swolt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
